regarding matters connected with the state of the Kandyan territory.

Listed in the old Dutch inventories with "Miscellaneous files deposited in the Secret almirah at the Galle Secretariat".

van 't klein zegel" or Collector of Revenue on stamped paper.
Contains mostly receipts given For issues of stamped paper.
|Invitations lists of the Commandeur of Galle for
public festivities held in that town; with programmes of the proceedings at the
|File of miscellaneous correspondence, reports,
etc. relating to the office of "Pattangatyn Majoor" (Major of the Fishers).
Damaged by insects and vermin.
This office was held by a Dutchman; at one time it was held by the Secretary of the Galle Council.

riots and the complaints of the inhabitants of the Talpe and Gangaboda pattus
and the Walallawiti Korale.|
|List of ships sailing to and from the Maldives
1 September 1770 and
31 August 1771, with details of their cargoes.

This was apparently compiled for the annual compendium from Galle for the year 1770/71, and belonged to the file of annexes of that year (no. 5923). It was found with a miscellaneous collection of loose papers bound together, and is therefore shown separately here.
